Terms of service
Draft. Plouch is not open yet, and these terms are a plain statement of what the service will be, written to be replaced by a reviewed version before the first paid session.
- Plouch rents you a computer with a graphics card, by the minute, from a prepaid balance. It does not sell, license or provide games.
- Games you install are your own, bought from and signed into with your own accounts, under those stores' own terms. You are responsible for what you install and run.
- Machines are rented from third-party hosts. Do not keep anything on one that you would not keep on a computer somebody else can access; your disk is yours, the machine is not.
- An account is an email address. One person, one account.
- A balance is not refundable except where the law says otherwise or a session failed on our side.
